Everyone 18 years and older, Colorado residents or non-residents, are eligible.
Orders must be received no later than Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Your ticket stubs will be returned to you via the U.S. Postal Service, standard delivery. Winner will be notified within 72 hours of the drawing. Colorado Division of Parks & Wildlife will issue the license to the winner and is the final authority on license requirements and hunting regulations.

- Hunt over 4 months from the first open season in August through December 31, 2012
- Eligible to hunt in ALL game management units with an open season for elk
- Eligible to use any legal weapon for the respective open season for elk
- Tickets are $25 each, or 5 for $100; maximum 25 tickets per buyer
- Maximum of ONLY 1,000 tickets to be sold
- 75% of net proceeds goes to CO DP&W earmarked for Elk conservation
- Winner to be drawn at the CBA Jamboree, on or about July 21, 2012 at 5:15 p.m., Lost Canyon Road, 2 miles west of US Hwy 24, San Isabel National Forest, Granite, CO
- Need not be present to win
