    REGISTRATION:

    You can either register through the website or, if you prefer, you can send in a check or credit card information along with the registration form, which you can download HERE.

    NOTE: There are no longer any "couples" registrations; each person attending will register as a single person. Also, there is no longer any assigned seating; all seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.


    VENDORS:

    Vendor space is limited. Vendor spaces may be reserved for $100 or a donation of equal or greater value. For vendor information or registration, please contact Roger Trudell.

    PHOTO CONTEST:

    • Best Game-Came Photo
    All photos must be submitted at the event by 11 am on Saturday April 2, 2016. Photos must be at least 5” x 7” and must be either framed and/or matted. Name and address must be on the BACK of the photo.

    BIG GAME AWARD ENTRIES:

    If you are interested in submitting your harvested big game in the CBA Awards or display your trophy at the banquet, please contact Dave Stone. The deadline for entry is March 10, 2016.

    FIRST TIMER AWARD:

    To submit a bowhunter for a first timer award, please contact Dave Stone. You will need the following information:
    • First Timer’s name and address;
    • Species harvested;
    • County/state of harvest location; and
    • harvest date.
    Photos are greatly encouraged for a slide show and displays. The deadline for entry is March 10, 2016.

    CBA Archery, Bowhunting and Outdoor Gear

    FLEA MARKET

    SATURDAY MAY 21st, 2016

    9 AM - 3 PM Open to the Public Sale time

    SAVE THE DATE!


    This is your opportunity to sell and buy quality, used archery, bowhunting and related outdoor gear from other bowhunters!


    Small table, multiple table and larger vendor spaces will be made available for you to purchase in advance. Some outdoor space will be available for blinds and tents, etc.


    Multiple sellers can occupy a space.


    Vendor space rates will be very affordable. More info will follow on pricing!


    Commercial vendors, pro-shops, WELCOME!


    Archery Clubs WELCOME!  Purchase multiple space for your club members.


    NO FIREARMS, AMMUNITION OR CROSSBOW SALES WILL BE ALLOWED!

    ALL VENDORS-SELLERS MUST PREREGISTER AND PREPAY FOR THEIR SPACE!


    CBA will “heavily” advertise and promote this event to bring in buyers from the Denver metro and north, front range metro areas. A small, nominal admission fee will be required for adult buyers… only $5.00.


    A perfect, “brand new “venue has been secured:

    Colorado Youth Outdoors, Richardson Hall Complex

    Swift Ponds, Fort Collins, CO. (Right off I25 )


    Target area will be available for testing-trying bows.
