July 19-21, 2013
Mark your calendar for the Annual Colorado Bowhunters Association Jamboree to be held July 19, 20, and 21, 2013, at Quail Mountain Recreation Area near Granite, Colorado (same location as last year, on private property south of Leadville).
This is the CBA’s largest event and has grown to nearly 3,000 participants. The three-day CBA Jamboree event includes six 3D ranges, calling contests, vendors, seminars, chili cooking contests, kid’s crafts, specialty shoots, swap meet, Saturday night, auction and dance, and much more.
The Jamboree has become a family oriented event that bowhunting enthusiasts look forward to each year! This year, we will be adding new novelty shoots and events. More ...

The other is a slide show with narration.
They are 68 kb and 7 mb in size respectively.

Legislation to change the Landowner Preference Program (also known as the Landowner Voucher Program) is pending in the Senate of the Colorado General Assembly. The Colorado Bowhunters Association has not yet taken a position on this legislation but requests input from our membership as to their perspective on the proposed changes.
For further information please visit the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Web site, and read the Landowner Voucher Program Review Committee Recommendations. After you have seen the slide show and read the Recommendations you may get further information from any of the Committee members. Please provide your CBA Regional Director or anyone else on the CBA Board with your perspective on this proposed legislation.
Understanding the Board’s position regarding the LO Voucher Bill
by Chris Roe
Regarding the current LO Voucher Bill, most folks know by now that the CBA has taken a position to STAY OUT of the discussion, and take no position for, or against, the Bill. Instead, we encouraged the CBA MEMBERSHIP, and other sportsman, to contact their Representatives and Senators to make their opinions on the matter known.
And regarding that, I will re-iterate: PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATORS AND LET YOUR OPINION ON THIS BILL BE KNOWN!!!!!
